WE HAVE WALLS

We have walls. All of the exterior and interior walls are up. The roof trusses are on top but had not been put in place yesterday afternoon. I'm sure that is what they are doing today. The nice weather is certainly working to our advantage.

WE HAVE LUMBER!!

The lumber has arrived. The construction crew was beginning to assemble with all of their equipment. We expect to see some walls tomorrow when we are there.

WE'RE GETTING CLOSER

We are definitely getting closer. Framing will be next. As we left our lot last night, we passed two big trucks loaded with lumber. I hope they were going to our lot. Terry will go back by today to see if framing has begun.


Like my new wheels? We loaded this van full of boxes. Terry is going back today with another load.

LOTS OF ACTIVITY

A few days can make a lot of difference. I was by our lot yesterday and there wasn't much going on. Terry went by today and the plumbers were there working hard.

CRAFT ROOM

Here is another used piece of furniture that I'm going to use in my craft room when we move to Huntsville. Amazing what a coat of paint will do for an old piece of furniture.

PACKING, PACKING, AND MORE PACKING

I think it is time to get some of these boxes moved to Huntsville. The basement is beginning to look like a warehouse.

The white chest that you can see in the first picture is for my craft room. I purchased it at an antique mall in Pelham. It will either hold my paints and painting supplies or cross stitch supplies.
